NIWC Atlantic’s Leadership Council recently held its annual Leadership Development Workshop – a platform to advance our leaders’ knowledge in better engagements and enhance their ability to implement real change. The workshop had many impactful moments initiated by guest speaker Steve Gutzler, Commanding Officer CAPT Nicole Nigro, Executive Director Peter Reddy, and other senior leaders. The event provided participants several opportunities to exchange ideas and lessons learned, as well as, ideas to improve efficiency, effectiveness, collaboration and communication among the team.
