Charleston, SC (August 25, 2023)The Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Women’s Employment Team celebrate Women’s Equality Day with a 5K walk across geographic sites on August 25. The theme of the event was “Promoting Hope and Providing Healing” and participants from across geographic locations walked in honor of the national observance. The event was held to inspire the collective workforce to forge forward with hope for the future and to promote equality for women in all the important ways they contribute to American life.
