Rear Admiral Douglas Small, commander of Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), toured the headquarters facilities of one of NAVWAR’s subsidiary commands, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, located in Charleston, South Carolina on Aug. 8, 2023. While visiting, Small joined NIWC Atlantic’s senior leadership, Commanding Officer Capt. Nicole Nigro and Executive Director Peter Reddy, for the presentation of awards to NIWC Atlantic’s employees during the command’s Fiscal Year 2023 3rd Quarter Awards Ceremony.
