BOMB THREAT / DISCOVERY / SUSPICION

CONTACT EMERGENCY DISPATCH 911

All security-related incidents must be reported to 911 and appropriate Security

BOMB THREATS:  Record critical information on the Bomb and Hostage (see below and next page).
This form is also on the Emergency Information COG page.
Note:  This form should be printed/duplicated and placed in the vicinity of every phone.

DISCOVERY / SUSPICION OF BOMB.  Evacuate and immediately, call 911 and notify appropriate Security.

TERRORIST ACTIVITIES / SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITIES.  Do not attempt to investigate or control the situation.
Call 911 and notify appropriate Security.

A.  Discovery/Suspicion of bomb - Location of device: (This information will be able to give responders a good location to find the device.)

B.  If bomb threat is called in, do not hang up the phone, even if caller breaks contact.
C.  Call 911 from a different phone.
D.  Do not use any electronics within 50 feet of the device, suspected or called in.
